What are your hours of operation?
We groom animals Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 2pm. We are open until 5pm. We do day boarding Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 4pm. We do overnight boarding 7 days a week.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, card or checks are accepted.
Does Tidy Tails groom & board cats?
Yes we do! We only have space for 2 cats currently for boarding purposes, but we may expand later if needed.
What vaccines are required for grooming? Are they different from boarding requirements?
We require rabies, distemper/parvo combo, and Bordetella vaccines. Cats must be current on rabies and FVRCP/C. We will accept a 3-year rabies vaccine. This is the same for grooming and boarding services.
Are walk-ins welcomed?
We take walk ins for nail trims only. Appointments are needed for groom or board services.
How often should I have my pet groomed?
Depending on your pet and their needs, this is a discussion to have with your groomer. We can get you set up on the proper schedule to keep your fur baby healthy and happy.
What should I bring when having an animal boarded?
When you bring an animal for boarding we ask that you bring your pets food to avoid any upset stomach issues. We provide comfortable bedding, but you're more than welcome to bring your own bedding. 1 per pet, please. You can also bring their favorite toy. Please understand that any personal items that are brought and damaged during the stay will not be reimbursed.
Are there any discounts available?
Absolutely! We have our first responder, military and veteran discounts as well as a discount for seniors on Wednesdays. We also offer discounts when you package services or when you bring in your gently used spare towels. Please ask our manager for more details.
